Hebza ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
When you use AI features, prompts and content may be transmitted to third-party model providers (DeepInfra, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) under their respective privacy policies. We do not sell your data.
We retain data for as long as your account is active. Audit logs are retained per your plan (7–365 days). Deleted data is removed from live systems within 30 days; backups within 90 days.
You may access, correct, export, or delete your data. For GDPR/CCPA requests contact privacy@hebza.io.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No third-party tracking cookies.
The Service is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions where our providers operate, under standard contractual clauses.
We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
