By accessing or using the Hebza AI Platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Hebza provides an AI-native automation platform including multi-agent orchestration, workflow automation, code generation, browser automation, and shell execution capabilities. The Service is available as a managed SaaS offering and may be self-hosted under separate agreements.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Content generated by AI agents and models may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated outputs before use. Hebza does not warrant the accuracy of AI-generated content.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. For enterprise customers, a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available at /api/v1/legal/dpa.
You retain ownership of your data and any content you create. Hebza retains all rights in the Service platform, code, and documentation.
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Hebza shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the workspace settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
